Ingredients:
  • Khima /Kheema/Mutton Kheema- 250 Gm
  • Onion - 1
  • Turmeric - 1 Spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
  • Masala Powder - 1 Spoon
  • Salt as per taste or 1 Spoon
  • Chilli Powder - 2 Spoons
  • Oil - 3 Spoons
  • Coriander Leaves few
 
First take the kheema and wash it well and put it in the cooker. Now add salt, pepper and turmeric and mix well. Cover the cooker with lid and turn on the stove on high flame. After 3 whistles, turnoff the stove and take out the cooker and keep it aside. After the cooker cools down, remove the cover. Now put a pan on the stove and keep it in medium flame. Now add oil and after heating add onion slices and cook well. After the onion pieces are cooked well, add to the onion pieces along with the keema water kept aside and mix well. After frying for a while, add ginger and garlic paste and fry until the raw smell disappears. Taste the curry and if required, add a little more salt and pepper to suit your taste. After frying well add masala powder and mix well. At the end add coriander and mix it, turn off the stove and keep the pan aside. That's it Kheema curry is very tasty. It is very good when eaten with hot Rice/Parota/Roti/Phulka. You can have it alone without rice.
