Chicken curry/How to make chicken Curry/Chicken Masala/Tasty Chicken Curry/Spicy Chicken Curry

 Ingredients:

  • Chicken - 1/2kg / 500gm
  • Onion - 2 (Large)
  • Tomato - 1 (Medium Size)
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Curd - 2spoons
  • Coriander Leaves few
  • Curry Leaves few
  • Chilli Powder - 2-3 Spoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil - 3 Spoons
  • Turmeric - 1 Spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
  • Garam Masala - 1 Spoon
  • Bay Leaf - 1
  • Cloves - 4
  • Cinnamon - 1
  • Shazeera - half spoon
  • Anas flower - 1
  • Jazzy nut - 1
  • Mace - 1
  
Take fresh and cleaned chicken and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and marinate for half an hour (30 mins) by covering with lid and keeping in freezer. First light the Stove and put a pan in medium flame. Add oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated add bay leaf, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon, shajira, anasa flower, jazy nut, mace and fry it. Now add chopped onion, Chillies and fry. Once the onion is fried add chopped tomato and stir well and cook till it becomes smooth. Add marinated chicken and cook for 20 mins on high flame and then the flame should be changed to medium and cook for 10 mins. Add coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Yummy and spicy chicken is ready to serve with hot rice or roti, chapati, pulka.
