Ingredients Required:
  • Boiled Eggs - 7
  • Tamarind - 20g / Tamarind Paste - 1 Spoon
  • Onion - 2 large
  • Mustard Seeds- 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • Garlic cloves - 3
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 1-2 glasses
  • A pinch of coriander Leaves
First pour a glass of water in a bowl and soak the tamarind in it. Tamarind pulp/paste bought outside can use (1 spoon of tamarind pulp/paste in curry)
Now take the boiled eggs. Light the oven and put a pan and add a spoonful of oil in it and fry the Eggs. After the eggs are fried, take the eggs out of the oil and keep them on a plate aside.
Now light the oven/Stove and put a pan and put 2 spoons of oil in it. After the oil heats up, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and fry it. After they are fried well, add onion slices and fry well. After the onion pieces change color, add salt, turmeric and garlic paste and fry well. Fry until the raw smell disappears. Add chilli powder and mix well.
Mash the soaked tamarind well and add the juice/pulp to the hot onion. If you are using readymade tamarind pulp add 1 Spoon to it. Let it cook until the pulp/gravy thickens.
Cut the fried eggs into half pieces or a small cut on the egg and add them to the gravy and mix well. If you boil it for 2-3 minutes, the salt, pepper and sourness of the eggs will taste good. If you like it, you can put coriander powder in it. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off. That's how delicious and easy Egg Gravy Curry we can make and ready to serve with rice, Roti, Phulka.
