Amaranthus Prawn Curry | Curry contains proteins, vitamins & minerals Shrimp curry | Curry full of protein, vitamin & minerals, nutrients

Required Ingredients:

  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato – 1 (optional)
  • Asparagus/Amanranthus - 250 g
  • Prawns - 250 g
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Some curry leaves
  • Few coriander leaves
  • Few mint leaves

  

Type - 1:
First light the stove and put a pan in it and heat it with oil. When the oil is hot, fry the chopped onions in it. After the onion is fried, add tomato slices and fry it. After frying the tomato pieces, add amaranthus and fry for 2 minutes. Now add ginger paste and fry till the raw smell disappears. Then add raw prawns which are washed well and kept aside. Water will come out of the shrimp after a while. Mix all the water till it boils. Now add some turmeric, salt and pepper and mix well. Then pour a cup of water and saute well. While the curry thickens, add mint leaves, curry leaves and garam masala and fry for 2 minutes. At the end add coriander leaves and mix. After that, the very delicious Amaranthus Prawns Curry is ready. I feel like eating hot rice slowly. Eating amaranthus provides us with the nutrients we need to stay healthy. Type - 2:
First take a pan and put the washed prawns in it. Light the stove and put the pan on medium flame and fry the prawns. The water comes from the shrimp. Let it boil until the water is reduced. After the color of the prawns changes, when there is no water, take out the prawns and put them in a plate. Now take a pan and put it on the stove in medium flame and heat it. Add oil to it and heat it, then add onion slices and fry it. After adding the onion paste, add tomato slices and fry it. Then add amaranthus and fry for 2 minutes. Now add some turmeric, salt and pepper and mix well. Now add the prawns which are boiled and kept aside and mix well. Now add the ginger paste and fry until the raw smell disappears. Finally add garam masala, curry leaves and dry leaves and mix well. After 2 minutes turn off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves. After that, the amaranthus shrimp curry is ready. Eat it with rice.
