Required Ingredients:
  • Raw Chicken - 500gm
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 20-50gm
  • Red Dry Chilli Powder - 50gm/ 3-4 Spoons
  • Turmeric Powder - 2 Spoons
  • Lemons - 3
  • Oil - 150 - 250ml
  • Garam Masala Powder - 2 Spoons
  • Coriander Powder/Dhaniya Powder - 2 - 3 Spoons
  • Water - 1 Cup
 
First take fresh chicken and wash it well and keep it aside. Now put a pan/kadai and light the stove. After the pan is heated, put the washed and kept chicken pieces in it. Add some turmeric and salt to it and mix it and cook it (or you can first put chicken in a bowl and add turmeric and salt and mix it well and marinate it for 10 minutes and cook it in a heated pan on the stove. Some people also marinate it for 30 minutes. If we have time, we can do it for 30 minutes. Otherwise marinating 10minutes would be enough).
  
If you add a little water to the chicken and cook it, they will not smell of plankton. If the chicken is marinated, add some water after putting it in the pan. After the pieces are cooked well, water will come out of it. Let it boil till the water boils.
 
After the water comes out of the chicken, let it cook until the water evaporates. After the pieces are cooked well without even a little water, take them out and keep them aside. Now heat a pan. Pour oil in it and heat it. After the oil is heated, add the chicken pieces and fry it. 
 
Fry the chicken pieces till they turn red. After frying the chicken pieces, take them out and keep them aside. If the pieces are fried soft, they will not last for long. So fry well.
 
Now in the same kadai add ginger garlic paste and fry. Fry till the raw smell goes away. After frying well, add the fried chicken pieces and mix it.
 
Now add chilli powder, masala powder and coriander powder and mix well. Turn off the stove and take out the pan and keep it aside to cool. After cooling, add salt and chilli powder if required. After it cools completely, add lemon juice and mix well. If you taste it after a day, the chicken piece will be tasty as it absorbs all the flavors like salt, pepper, lemon juice and spices. Be sure to do it and tell me how it is. If the chicken is kept like this, it will last for a month. If you make chicken pickle at home, you will eat one piece daily with more rice than regular consumption. Boneless chicken is good for pickle. Bone-in chicken is also eaten as it gets crispy after frying in the oil. If you want more pulp or gravy, add a little more coriander powder.
