Simple and Easy Mutton curry in Cooker | Mutton Curry Recipe | Quick and Tasty Mutton Curry in less time | Mutton Curry with less spices | Mutton Curry Sherwa | Juicy Mutton Curry

Required Ingredients:
  • Fresh Mutton - 500 g
  • Onion - 2
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Anas flower - 1
  • Shajeera - 1 tsp
  • Cloves - 3
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Cooker – 1
  
Take the fresh mutton and wash it well and keep it aside. Now take two onions and cut them into small pieces and keep aside. Take a cooker and light the stove and put it on high flame and heat it. Now add oil and heat it. After the oil heats up, add anasa flower and cloves and fry it. Then add chopped onions and fry well.
 
Now add salt, chilli powder, shajeera, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away. After frying well, add mutton and let it cook for 5 minutes. Mix well and let it cook.
 
Now cover the cooker and keep it on high flame and wait till 6-7 whistles. If it is kept for more whistles, the hard mutton will become soft. Now cover the cooker and let it cool down. After 10 minutes turn off the cooker. Now light the stove again and cook the curry well on medium flame. If you want it to be like sherwa, if you want it to be juicy, pour a glass of water and cook it well. Otherwise, the water from the mutton should be boiled until the curry thickens.
  
At the end add garam masala and mix well. Make sure the piece is soft. If the mutton is very dark/hard, it should be cooked a little longer. After that very delicious mutton curry is ready. This curry is very good in chapati, roti, pulkha. Juicy Mutton is good and a great combination with Roti. You can eat more curry by making it light without adding much spices.
