Required Ingredients:
  • Boiled Eggs - 6
  • Oil - 3 Spoons
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 2
  • Coriander Leaves few
  • Curry Leaves few
  • Chilli Powder - 2 Spoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
  • Curd - 1 spoon
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 Spoon
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 Spoon
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Pepper seeds - 5
  • Cloves- 5
  • Cinnamon - 1
First light the stove and heat a pan. Then add oil and heat it well. Once the pan is hot, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, pepper, cinnamon and cloves and fry it. Then add chopped onion pieces and green chilli pieces and fry it. After the onion pieces are softened a little, add a spoonful of salt and mix well. If you add salt after cooking a little like this, the onion slices will cook very quickly. Then add chili powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and mix well. Fry till the raw smell goes away.
Now put the tomato pieces in a mixer jar and grind them into a paste. Now add the tomato pulp to the chopped onion pieces and mix well and let it simmer a little. Little by little the water is reducing and thickening. Also the color of the curry will turn dark red and curry releases oil from it.
Eggs should be boiled and kept aside. The eggs should be slightly chopped. By doing this, the salt and pepper will go in the middle of the egg and tastes good. Now take a pan and add some oil in it and fry the eggs. It is best to fry the eggs until they turn a little red. Take out the fried eggs and keep aside.
Now add the fried eggs to the curry and mix well. Eggs are cut so salt and pepper are absorbed well. They are also tasty.
Now add some roasted cumin powder and garam masala powder to it and mix well. Let it boil for 2 minutes.
Now add curd and mix well. If the curd is mixed well, the curry will be very gravy.
