Also take green chillies and cut them into wedges and keep aside. Now light the stove and heat a kadai/pan. Then heat it up. After the oil is heated, add cumin and fry it. Now fry the onion slices.

After the onion pieces are fried well, add curry leaves and green chilli pieces and fry well. After the onion pieces turn dark brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears.

Now add chopped tomato pieces in it and cook well. Cook the tomato until it turns into a pulp. Now add salt, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and mix well.

After the tomato pieces are mashed well, add a cup of water and mix well. After the water gets reduced and the curry thickens, the oil comes out. Then put the cracked egg in it and cook it for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and turn the egg to the other side and cook it a little. Then the egg is eggy and surrounded by the flavors of salt and pepper, it is very good. Finally, put coriander in it, turn off the oven and serve. Small children do not eat chili, so you can add egg and rice. Adults can eat rice mixed with curry and egg. The curry is so good that it's not something you've ever tried before.
