Murumuralu muntha masala | Puffed rice snack | Snacks made with Puffed Rice | Yummy and Tasty Puffed Rice Masala


Required Ingredients:
  • Groundnuts/Peanuts - 30-50gm
  • Chana Dal/Bengal Gram - 20gm
  • Oil - 1-2 Spoons
  • Onion - 1 Large
  • Tomato - 1 Medium
  • Coriander Leaves Few
  • Lemon - 1
  • Salt as per tase / 1/2 Spoon
  • Chilli Powder - 1 Spoon
  • Mixture / Boondi Snack - 20gm/1Cup
  • Murumuralu / Muri/Puffed Rice /Parmal - 100gm/2-3Cups
 
First light the stove and put a pan in it and heat it with some oil. Now add peanuts and green gram in it and fry well. After the pulses are cooked well, take them out and keep them aside.
  
Take one tomato and cut it into small pieces and keep it aside. Peel an onion and cut it into thin pieces and keep it aside. Also take coriander and cut off the ends and chop thinly and keep aside.
 
Take a little of the mixture from mixture packet available in the market and keep it aside. Also take a some puffed rice and keep aside.
Now take a bowl and put boondi mixture in it. Then add roasted peanuts, Bengal Gram/Chana dal, chopped onion pieces, tomato pieces and coriander.
Then add a little salt, turmeric, chili powder and puffed rice in the bowl.
 
Now add some lemon juice and mix it well till all the flavors are absorbed by puffed rice.
  
Finally, add some fresh murumura/Puffed rice to it and mix well.
