Adding salt will cook the onion slices quickly. Then add curry leaves. After the onion is cooked well, add chilli powder and mix well. Now add the mutton pieces and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Water is coming from the mutton pieces.

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute together. Pour 1 cup of water and cover the cooker and keep it on a high flame until 5-6 whistles are heard. Then turn off the stove and let the cooker cool down. Then again light the stove and put the cooker and cook on medium flame. Make sure that the mutton pieces are cooked well. Cook for a while. Then add garam masala and mix well. Finally add coriander and mix well. Then the delicious mutton curry is ready. Mutton curry cooks very well with less spices.
